Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #113

Hello!
I hope you're having a great week so far!  We survived last week without Daddy around!  It was actually much easier than I thought!  The boys were great and we celebrated Friday night by having their favourite dinner, watching Turbo (with popcorn of course) and making bracelets on the Rainbow Loom!

We have a great new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches this week!  The super talented Cindy Hall is our fabulous hostess!  Cindy's sketch is so versatile and the Design Team used it in so many different ways! I love it!
You may think I've lost it because I added a snowflake to a birthday card!  I didn't make a mistake!!!  I was invited to a super fun snowflake 7th birthday party for my sweet friend Paige on the weekend.  I was there to provide craft assistance for some ornaments the girls were making!  Paige's favourite colour is purple so I wanted to be sure this card was created with her in mind!

Supplies:
Cardstock: Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum, Whisper White, Silver Foil
Stamps: Itty Bitty Banners, Festive Flurry
Ink: Elegant Eggplant, Versamark
Other: Delicate Designs Textured Embossing Folder, Bitty Banners Framelits, Festive Flurry Framelits, Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals, Dazzling Diamonds, Heat and Stick Powder

Thanks for stopping by!  Please head over to the Freshly Made Sketches blog to check out the beautiful cards the Design Team has created for you!

Have a fabulous week!
Jen

  3. Love the sparkly snowflake, and I love the way you've used the embossing strip -- very clever! My 8 year-old has been making bracelets like crazy with her rainbow loom too. I love to see her get so excited about crafting!

  6. Love this Jen! I want a snowflake birthday party! That would be kinda hard though since my birthday is in August.

  7. Hubby likes purple, so I tend to use it, but haven't this year for Christmas yet. Your card is stunning! Thanks for the inspiration!
