Hello!
Can you believe how cold it is out there? Maybe only for those of you who live in Ontario! We are having a very cold and windy day out there. The kids were bundled this morning and I doubt they'll even get outside much today - if at all. We have a rule that they can't be out if it's -20C or below. The kids that are bundled would be fine but there are those that show up to school with no coat, hats or mitts.
On a cold day like today, I love the looks of this cute pink Flamingo! I had a chance on the weekend to play with some of my new stamps from Reverse Confetti! I love them! Only a handful of you would know of my love of flamingos! Only real ones - I don't collect things with flamingos on them!
I have really missed playing along at CAS(E) this sketch and so this was the first place I went when I had a few moments. I love the sketch and thought my sweet little friend worked perfectly!
I really do love the stitched rectangle mats. I apologize now but I think they'll be used on every card from now on. I can't help it - I really do love them that much!
Supplies:
Cardstock: Whisper White
Stamps: Fabulous Flamingo (Reverse Confetti)
Ink: Strawberry Slush, Basic Black
Other: Stitched Mats (Lil' Inkers), Silver Sequins (SU), Fabulous Flamingo Confetti Cuts, dimensionals
Thanks so much for stopping by!
I'll be back tomorrow morning with this week's sketch from Freshly Made Sketches!
Have a fabulous day!
Jen

ReplyDeleteJen, your card is so lovely! While you have freezing weather, I am wishing we could swap places, it is HOT, HOT, HOT and humid here in Brisbane right now! Thanks for joining us at CAS(E) This Sketch with your awesome CAS card. :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the CAS-ness of this card, Jen. The pop of pink against all that gorgeous white is stunning. And let's not even mention those fabulous stitched dies :)
