Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #242

Happy Wednesday!  I hope you're having a great week!  My boys have a count down to the end of school.  I believe there are 7 school days left.  It seems like the year is dragging on this year!  My kids are done and can't wait for the summer holidays to start!  I could use a few extra days to get ready for camp but I don't think that's going to happen!

We have a great new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches today!  Our hostess this week is the amazing Narelle Farrugia!  Narelle is the queen of layers and flowers and everything amazing!  Her sketch is pretty fun too!  Of course they are some giant circles on there!
I knew as soon as I saw this sketch that I wanted to use my new wreath die from Lil' Inkers!  I couldn't wait to crack it open!  I may have also ordered the Silly Stitched Die Set too!  I love those random wonky lines!  I needed a baby card so I decided I would see if I could make this work!

Cardstock: Whisper White, Crumb Cake
Stamps: Warm Welcome (Lil' Inkers)
Ink: Stazon Black, Marina Mist, Cucumber Crush, So Saffron
Other: Warm Welcome Dies (Lil Inkers), Silly Stitched Dies (Lil Inkers), Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  I hope you'll head over to the Freshly Made Sketches blog to see all the amazing cards the design team has created for you!

Have a fabulous day!

  1. Sweet sweet card for sure! I love the simple wreath with the pops of color! So cute for a baby card!

  2. Very sweet! Love how you've used this wreath for a baby card! I can't believe your kids aren't out for summer break yet. You must start much later in the year than we do here.

  3. What a fantastic baby card ! This wreath is gorgeous and the little flowers are so cute. Love these stitched dies

  4. This is such an adorable baby card, Jen! Your wreath is so pretty and I love those wonky lines - so cool!

  5. I knew you would nail this sketch - you are so over your fear of circle sketches now! Totally gorgeous and so very elegant - I love this card!

  6. This has got to be one of my most favorites ever, Jen. I LOVE the 'Stitching' and the details like weaving the banner and perfect embellishments.
