Beautiful Wings!

I love the Stampin' Up! embosslit "Beautiful Wings". I am currently making Christmas presents for a few people and have decided to do theme packs of cards! I did one set using the "Aviary" stamp set (which I'll hopefully showcase a little later) and another set using Beautiful Wings.

This is a card I had seen online but I've changed the colour scheme totally! I love the Bright's collection and so decided to us these vivid colours to really make the butterflies seem like they're popping off the page.

I will post the rest of the Beautiful Wings cards when they're done!

Introducing the Birthday Club!

What is it? A super easy way to purchase handmade cards at a reduced price!

How does it work? Simply pre-purchase 10 cards ($3 each) and and send me the dates for when you need them and a few weeks before you'll receive a reminder e-mail and then shortly thereafter the card in the mail! How easy is that? No going to Hallmark and staring at rows of cards ever again!


Bonus: If you need more then 10 cards they're also $3 each. Any additional cards needed during the year (babies, weddings etc) are also $3 each!

Another incentive: If you sign up and recommend a friend who signs up, you'll receive three cards for free!

Happy Thursday!

I can't believe it is Thursday! Where did the week go? We're right in the middle of getting ready to move so I've been a busy beaver (with the help of my loving mom) getting ready to go.

Christmas Card Workshops

Good Wednesday Afternoon!

I hope everyone is having a good week so far.

I wanted to let everyon know (or remind those who already did) that I'll be hosting two Christmas Card workshops this year. One will be in Pembroke, Ontario on Saturday October 16th and the other will be in Burlington, Ontario on Saturday November 13th.

Details are located in the ad to the left (this is the ad for Pembroke however the same applies for Burlington).

Cost for the day is: $5

RSVP deadline is September 1st.

There are two options for the card workshop. You can bring your own design and supplies OR you can purchase one of my pre-made card kits. These kits will come cut ready to stamp and assemble.

If you choose to bring your own design and supplies - please note that you need to bring ALL of your own supplies. My stamp sets won't be available for use (as those who purchase pre-cut kits will be using them).

If you choose a pre-cut kit, you can choose from any design of Christmas card found in the post directly below this one or in the post dated July 24th. Beside each card is a description of the supplies needed and a cost per card. There is a minimum 5 card/design purchase. If your card requires paint, glitter or embossing powder - you will be charged an extra $1 per 10 cards. The price listed is just for supplies. If you purchase a pre-cut kit there will be a $2 per 10 cards order for me to actually cut your supplies added to your total.

The cost per card includes the card backing and envelope.

Card designs can be changed - for example if the card is red and green and you want it pink and brown we can work together to change that. You will see quite a wide range of pricing for the cards. Cards that include ribbon or patterned paper are more expensive.

RSVP deadline (including card order) is September 1st.

Seats at the Burlington Workshop are limited so reserve your seat quickly if you haven't already done so!
