Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #184
Hello!
Happy Wednesday! I hope you're having a wonderful week! We had such a beautiful day here yesterday and the forecast says it is supposed to be just as beautiful here today. It has been such a cold spring that this warm weather feels so nice! The grass is greening and the robins seem extra chipper!
We have a fun new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches today! The fabulous Kim Singdahlson is our hostess this week! Kim makes the most amazing cards! If you have an hour or so, head over to her blog and be amazed by her creativity!
So, I don't know why I didn't use a tag on my card! As soon as I saw the sketch I knew I wanted to use my Sun 'n Clouds Confetti Cuts from Reverse Confetti. I am a little disappointed with my sun. I don't like the glitter that I added to it but it needed a little something in the centre and I was kinda rushing and am not pleased with the end result. That centre may need to change over the next few days!!!
Supplies:
Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black
DSP: Moonlight DSP Stack
Stamps: Shine Bright (Reverse Confetti)
Ink: Basic Black
Other: Stitched Rectangles (Lil' Inkers), Sun 'n Clouds Confetti Cuts (Reverse Confetti), Sequins, Glitter, Dimensionals
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you'll head over to the Freshly Made Sketches blog to check out the amazing cards the Design Team has created for you! I love being part of this amazing team!
Have a fabulous day!

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge!
Hello!
Happy Wednesday! I hope you're having a great week! We are having slightly cooler temperatures (okay, it's downright cold) right now. After a few days of warmth, this feels very cold! Thankfully the kids don't seem to notice and are still itching to go out and play hockey or soccer!
We have a great new sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches! Our fabulous hostess this week is the lovely and talented Linda Callahan! I love Linda's cards! Her blog is full of amazing creations! Head over there and check it out!
I really wanted to use my Fabulous Flamingo stamp set from Reverse Confetti! Who doesn't love a cute flamingo?! I love flamingos! I totally wish we lived somewhere that there had wild ones! I would be in heaven!
I chose to make a Bermuda Bay Flamingo! Obviously because that would be unique right? Caleb (my oldest) didn't quite get it. He really thought the flamingo should be pink. Kids!
Supplies:
Cardstock: Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, Whisper White
Stamps: Fabulous Flamingo (Reverse Confetti)
Ink: Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Basic Black
Other: Fabulous Flamingo Confetti Cuts (Reverse Confetti), Basic Rhinestones, Stitched Rectangle Dies (Lil' Inkers), Dimensionals
Thanks so much for stopping by! Please head on over to the Freshly Made Sketches blog and check out the creative cards the design team has come up with! You will be amazed! Trust me!
Have a fabulous day!

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #182
Hello!
Happy Wednesday! I hope you're having a great week! Spring has finally arrived in Canada and we are enjoying some beautiful weather! Our trees our finally budding and the robins are singing their happy song! Thankfully they sing outside my window early and not outside Jacob's!!!
We have a great new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches this week! Our fabulous hostess is Rita Wright! Rita is our resident colouring queen! She does such an amazing job! I think she should offer classes to the others...well, maybe just me!!!
Now, I kinda didn't have the sketch in front of me when I made my card. I made that middle panel a little large and didn't offset it. I also put the sentiment box on the wrong side. I may get kicked of the design team for this one!!!!
Shortly before we went away I received this fun new stamp set from Reverse Confetti - The Tweet Life! I love it! The little birds are just so cute! I have another little bird inside my card that I totally forgot to take a picture of! I tried colouring these sweeties but unfortunately I do not possess the colouring gene and they looked TERRIBLE!
Supplies:
Cardstock: Whisper White, Real Red, Basic Grey, Early Espresso
DSP: Brights DSP Stack, Stacked with Love DSP Stack
Stamps: The Tweet Life (Reverse Confetti)
Ink: Basic Black
Other: The Tweet Life Confetti Cuts, Dimensionals
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I really hope you get a chance to pop over to the Freshly Made Sketches blog and check out the amazing cards the Design Team has created for you! We can't wait to see what you create this week!
Have an amazing day!
